Best-in-class spaces measuring up to 8,000 m² are being created on the YOND campus, setting new standards for urban production and working environments thanks to their innovative, highly flexible spatial concept. The architecture is deliberately designed for maximum adaptability: 

Extra-tall rooms with a height of 5.8 m form the basis for modular mezzanines that can be installed, extended or removed as required. This creates highly customisable work and production spaces that can be precisely tailored to tenants’ processes, technologies and growth phases. In turn, this modular approach enables companies to refine their spaces while they are in operation and to respond to new requirements at any time.

The specific requirements of modern production facilities have been integrated from the outset. Efficient delivery zones, optimised production and logistics routes, flexible storage spaces and seamlessly integrated work and office areas create a holistic ecosystem that offers support every step of the way, from delivery to final production. The spaces do not function in isolation, but rather as a networked overall system that promotes productivity, efficiency and collaboration.

YOND.02 and YOND.03 are based on a smart standard fit-out. Robust base materials, clear structures and a modular design create a sound foundation that can both be used immediately and permits bespoke additions.
