Campus
NEXT LEVEL CAMPUS
A campus is being built on the Albis site for completion by the end of 2028, combining sustainable new buildings with a smartly transformed industrial building from the 1950s. YOND.01, the first building block, is already in place, with buildings YOND.02, YOND.03 and YOND.04 completing the campus to create a high-performance foursome.
At the same time, the site is making a name for itself as one of the leading production hubs in the city of Zurich, with an urban location, excellent transport links and facilities for companies seeking proximity to talent, technologies and a dynamic market environment. This is a location that paves the way for modern production within the city and is unequivocally becoming the place to be for ambitious businesses.

YOND.01
The first building on the campus, in operation since 2020. A tried-and-trusted location for productive work and urban use with an attractive mix of tenants.

YOND.02
A new building developed for light industry and the life sciences: 1,500 to 14,000 sq m of rental space, ideal as a headquarters and with a clearly defined production share of at least 30%.

YOND.03
The campus’s largest new building boasts open, modular and versatile spaces that are perfectly tailored to the needs of modern production, commerce, life sciences and food and beverage businesses.

YOND.04
An existing building with a new concept: studios and workspaces for architectural firms, creative industries and training/continuing education. Inspiring spaces for working, networking and designing.

NEXT STEPS
BUILD YOUR SPACE
The four buildings are designed to cover the entire spectrum of modern production and work requirements, ranging from ultra-functional areas to creative workspaces.
At least 60% of mezzanine floor space is let with the units, offering maximum freedom in terms of fit-out. Thanks to their modular structure, the mezzanines can be flexibly integrated, allowing areas to be precisely adapted to new production processes and changing needs at any time. It is this adaptability that makes the campus the place to be for future-oriented production in Zurich.

Services

BUILT FOR ALL
With Züriwerk as the anchor tenant, inclusion is not just a promise, but a practice. The campus promotes respectful, inclusive interaction between tenants and people. In the future, Züriwerk will provide services and offers for all tenants, thus shaping a new sense of community on the campus.
STRONGER TOGETHER
The YOND campus brings different sectors and industries together in one place, creating a social environment that goes beyond mere workspaces. Here, different spheres of work cross paths every day, share ideas and benefit from each other.
This diversity promotes inclusion, strengthens cohesion and creates a community in which collaboration becomes second nature. In turn, the campus will evolve into a social and economic ecosystem that has an impact far beyond the site itself.

SMART, CIRCULAR, FUTURE-READY
We attach great importance to sustainable construction in the development of the new buildings YOND.02 and YOND.03, with renewable and recycled materials already being used in the planning phase. The flexible building structures mean they can be easily adapted to new uses, while modern technologies enable uncomplicated dismantling and recycling of the components.

With YOND.04, the focus is on extending the useful life of materials through repurposing, conversion and reuse. The site is striving for certification under the DGNB/SGNI Gold Standard.
